ABSTRACT
This study is of the three objectives ; namely 1. to know the Behavior in
well - spoken speech the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, 2. to comparatively study the levels of the behaviors in well - spoken speech by the personnel in the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, and 3. to propose the way to enhance the behavior by the personnel in the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation , according to the five kinds of the well - spoken speech as following : 1) The speech is right to the time, 2) The speech is true, 3) The speech is polite, 4) The speech is useful, 5) The speech with Loving Kindness.
From The result it is found as following :-
1. The behavior in general is of the average at the middle level (x = 3.03). In general, Those people are of the behavior in well - spoken speech at the middle level on ever side.
2. The base of the comparison in well - spoken speech by the personnel in the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation who are of different ages, educations, positions and incomes, is not different of the behavior of using well -spoken speech Overall no different. Thus rejects the hypothesis.
3. The suggestion about the way of enhancing the behavior in well- spoken speech is to train the personnels to help them to have some knowledge and help other people.
