ABSTRACT
This research aimed to develop school personnel for making activities related to Buddhist way school of Punyaprateep (Thosi) Amphoe Pakchong, Nakhonratchasima Province. The current problems of Punyaprateep’s instructional administration were found that school personnel lacked knowledge. Applying Buddhist principles to Punyaprateep (Thosi) school, Amphoe Pakchong, Nakhonratchasima Province was found that executives.
The results were found as follows: Buddhist way school of Punyaprateepwas to develop school personnel for applying Buddhist teaching in their daily life. School management was upon the curriculum of Ministry of Education and Buddha way. This meant that the structure of curriculum administration, instructional activities, and teachers focused on student centered activities. Moreover, students creative thinking, creative doing, good persons, and happiness in life leading were also focused.
The current problems of Punyaprateep’s instructional administration were found that school personnel lacked knowledge, comprehension, and right guidelines for making activities related to Buddhist way school including preparing outside factors for learning, good friends for learning, curriculum and instructional management, school activities and evaluation. The above mentioned problems had to be improved and solved continuously for developingBuddha way school ofPunyaprateep (Thosi) AmphoePakchong,Nakhonratchasima Province according to the target.
Applying Buddha principles to Punyaprateep (Thosi) school, Amphoe Pakchong, Nakhonratchasima Province was found that executives, teachers, officials of school, students, parents and school activities applied Buddha principles to develop the school. Buddha principles such as Tisiddha, and Sangahavatthu were applied. All parts of people such as executives, teachers, parents, and community agreed to collaborate each other for activities and evaluation. The Buddha principles were also used to develop students for their life progress in accordance with Buddhist way schools.
