Abstract

            The main objectives of this research were i) to study the management of Banpacha Samanera project in the summer  ii) the expectations of a novice to Banpacha Samanera project in the summer iii) to crate guidelines for small temple to drive project. The samples whom gathered in this study were 200 novices in Banpacha Samanera project in the summer at Wat Sawangrassamakkee located in Phetchabun, being drawn by purposive sampling technique during the ordering information. The tool for data collection was a questionnaire, divided into three parts: part 1 is general information of the respondents, the second is attitude towards the project divided into three areas: the environment and building on the activity, the patterns of Banpacha Samanera project in the summer and the project management. The last are the comments and suggestions provided open-ended nature. Analyzed by statistical software. Parameter including frequency, percentage, arithmetic average, mode and standard deviation (SD).

The findings of research were concluded as follows: Most respondents was in line of primary school grade 4 – 6 while the minority role in secondary school. Most parents were farmers. Environment and Place of Wat Sawangrassamakkee judged on favorable (  3.61, mode = 5 sd. = 1.22). In this point, securities were top of range but space was not sufficiency.  The activity patterns of project were concluded on good (  3.96, mode = 4 sd. = 0.96). Objectives were reached mostly while outdoor activities will be added in the future.  Finally, the Project of Managements were classified to good as well (  3.98, mode = 5 sd. = 1.02). The project provided sufficient period before enrolled.

            The research would know that the project of Wat Sawangsamakkee in 3 sides is found that the model of management is good followed by the activity planning and environment of building and place respectively.
