Abstract
The objectives of this study are to explore conditions of heart brokenness among broken hearted people, to explore self-management with the Buddhist Principle, and to explore the process of self-management among broken hearted people.
This research is the qualitative study, to study the self-management on physical, psychology, moral, social and wisdom among Broken Hearted People. The focus interviewing was conducted by 5 social workers. The Buddhist Principles, Western Psychology and Faith were determined for measurement and analysis.
The findings of study were revealed that 1) the self-management to handle heart brokenness about physical, psychology, moral, social and wisdom was as an ascending level stating with sadness and ending with suicide, 2) Buddhist for handling heart brokenness were Tranquility , Four sublime states of mind, Awareness and Clear comprehension, Good friends, and Four Noble Truths and 3) The process for self-management heart brokenness was divided into 5 steps as:
First - Yonisomanasikara conceptual was considered to discover the route of problem, synthesis and analysis with mindfulness and wisdom.
Second- Self-management on Physical, Psychology, Moral, Socail and wisdom among broken hearted people is composed with the Four Noble Truths and The three Characteristics.
Third – Making decision and actions are consistency with Buddhist Principles, western psychology and many faiths.
Fourth – Action is unconditioned that depends on how much self-management among broken hearted people.
Fifth- Self-assessment on the handling heart brokenness was lesson learnt by their experiences, acceptance, and knowledge. These results are the guideline and supportive the well-being when they confront with problems.
