Abstract

              The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the factors affecting to personnel’s work happiness according to the Buddha’s teachings Comptroller General’s Department, Ministry of Finance 2) to study the comparison of factors affecting to the personnel’s work happiness according to the Buddha’s teachings in Comptroller General’s Department, Ministry of Finance 3) to study the relationship between the factors affecting to the personnel’s work happiness in Comptroller General’s Department, Ministry of Finance and Buddha’s Teachings in The example groups that used for this research are personnel’s form Comptroller General’s Department, Ministry of Finance. The samplings were 297 in the Comptroller General’s Department, Ministry of Finance by using tables of Krejcie & Morgan. The data analysis performed by a computer program for social science research with the following statistics : frequency, percentage, Mean () and Standard Deviation (S.D.) for describing and testing hypotheses by t-Test, F-test, One way ANOVA and testing hypotheses by Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.

The research findings were as follows :

1) The overall of sampling were female 31-40 years, single status, graduated in Bachalor’s degree, monthly incomes between 10,001-20,000 baht, working experience below five years. But most of them are working in government’s office.

2) The factors affecting to work happiness were overall opinion in the high level. When considered in all aspects, Means arranged respectively from maximum to minimum were work happiness for communication, happy to work and success. The factors affecting to work happiness in the middle level were acceptance from the working staff.

3) The level of work happiness according to the principles of four Paths of accomplishment (Iddhipada) were overall opinion in the high level. When considered in all aspects, it is found that the work happiness at the maximum level, that is an effort (Viriya), thought (Citta) and investigation (Vimansa). The middle level were aspiration (Chanda).

4) The result of comparison level of work happiness according to the principles of four paths of accomplishment has overall of sampling were difference of sex, ages, status, education level, monthly incomes, working experience but without any difference work happiness according to the principles of four paths of accomplishment. For the path of aspiration (Chanda), the difference status, educational level and monthly incomes were difference to work happiness according to the principles of four paths of accomplishment with the significance at level 0.01. For the path of afford (Viriya), the difference age, monthly incomes, working experience and personnel were difference to work happiness according to the principles of four paths of accomplishment with the significance at level 0.01. The different of educational level were difference to work happiness according to principles of four paths of accomplishment with the significance at level 0.05. For the path of Thought (Citta), the difference age, educational level, monthly incomes, working experience and personnel were difference to work happiness according to the principles of four paths of accomplishment with the significance at level 0.01. For the path of investigation (Vimansa), the difference age, educational level, monthly incomes, working experience and personnel were difference to work happiness according to the principles of four paths of accomplishment with the significance at level 0.01.The accomplishment differently in the important meaning of statistics at level 0.01. The personnel sample has a difference of status and education of level, has the work happiness according to the principle of four paths of accomplish meant differently in the important meaning of statistics at level 0.05.

               5) The relationship between the factors of work happiness and the four paths of accomplishment overall opinion were positive relationship with the significance at level 0.01.
