Abstract

This thesis possesses three objectives like:

1.    ) To study various levels of good friendship in leading a life of personnel in the Criminal Court,  2.) To make a comparison of principles of good friendship in leading a life of personnel in the Criminal Court and  3.) To study the relationships between principles of good friendship in leading a life of personnel in the Criminal Court.   

             The methodology of research is a Quantitative research, study of psychological concept and theory and Principles of the Buddha’s teachings. The instrument used for research are questionnaires built up by the researcher herself for a measurement of various levels about principles of good friendship and leading a life of personnel in the Criminal Court. The samples used for this research are to 169 government officials and employees in the Criminal Court.

             Result of Research

The result of research has four interesting characteristics like :

1.    Personal Factors : Most of the personnel in the Criminal Court are 127 women equal to 75.3 % between 36-45 years, 65 persons equal to 38.8 % 82 persons are single equal to 48.8 %, monthly salary in compensation from 15,001-25,000 baht, 94 persons equal to 55.9 % have a work experience during 6-10 years, 51 persons equal to 30.6 have mostly the highest education of B.A. degree or equal to 100 persons calculated  59.4 %  as well.

2.    Comparison of Principles of Good friendship Distributed according to General Data

             The personnel samples in the Criminal Court distributed according to the general data are found that age, sex, status, monthly salary including compensation and work experience are different but have the principles of leading a life without any difference while the educational levels are different . They have different levels of good friendship in the important meaning of statistic at level 0.05 and 0.01

3. Comparison of Leading Life Distributed Court distributed according to

              The personnel samples in the Criminal Court distributed according to the general data are found that sex, age, status, monthly salary including compensation and work experience are different in the important meaning of statistics at level 0.05 and 0.01

4. Principles of Good Friendship Related to Positive Leading Life

   The relationship between principles of good friendship in leading a

Life of the personnel in the Criminal Court is found that the values of correlative coefficient between the principles of good friendship and principles of personnel  leading a life in the Criminal Court in each side in a positive relationship at the middle level.
