ABSTRACT
The present study consisted of three main objectives, namely,
1) to investigate the administration on the Community Development of Thahai
Sub-district Administrative Organization, Khueangnai District, Ubonratchathani Province 2) to investigate factors affecting Community Development of Thahai
Sub-district Administrative Organization, Khueangnai District, Ubonratchathani Province 3) to explore problem Threats and guidelines on development of Thahai Sub-district Administrative Organization, Khueangnai District, Ubonratchathani Province.
The study employed a Mixed Methodology Research, with a quantitative research design of a survey. The questionnaire was used to collect data from 2 Groups such as 67 Government employees and 351 general people in the Thahai Sub-district Administrative Organization. Data were analyzed by using statistical techniques such as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s post hoc comparison. In addition, in-depth interviews were used with 6 key informants, and data were analyzed by means of content analysis.
The study findings revealed that:
1. The overall Community Development of Thahai Sub-district Administrative Organization, Khueangnai District, Ubonratchathani Province was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it could be seen that the mean score of the revolving fund aspect was at a high level, while the mean scores of the psychological aspect, the country development aspect, the education religion and culture aspect, the protect and relieve public danger and welfare aspect, the development public health, save resource and environment aspect, and the aspect was at a lowest level, the development economic, social, tourism and sports aspect, respectively.
2.The hypothesis testing showed the government employees who were different in educational backgrounds had different the community Development of Thahai Sub-district Administrative Organization, Khueangnai District, Ubonratchathani Province with statistical significance at 0.05 level. Howerver, the government employees who were different in age, genders and position of work showed no differences in Thahai Sub-district Administrative Organization, Khueangnai District, Ubonratchathani Province at 0.05 level, which did not support the study hypothesis the government employees who were different in age genders position of work and educational backgrounds had different the community Development of Thahai
Sub-district Administrative Organization, Khueangnai District, Ubonratchathani Province.
And the hypothesis testing showed the general people who were different in genders, career and educational backgrounds had different the community Development of Thahai Sub-district Administrative Organization, Khueangnai District, Ubonratchathani Province with statistical significance at 0.05 level. Howerver, the general people who were different in ages showed no differences in the community Development Thahai Sub-district Administrative Organization, Khueangnai District, Ubonratchathani Province, which did not support the study hypothesis the general people who were different in age, genders, career and educational backgrounds had different the community Development of Thahai Sub-district Administrative Organization, Khueangnai District, Ubonratchathani Province.
3. Regarding recommendations on development of community Development of Thahai Sub-district Administrative Organization, Khueangnai District, Ubonratchathani Province, The Thahai Sub-district Administrative Organization should edit and reorganize rule for according people’s needs and administration in the organization easily, should participate and Develop all aspect, and edit problem in the community
