The research entitled  The People’s Participation in Strong Community Creation in Takasem Community Maueng Sakaeo District, Sakaeo Province, consists of three main objectives : i) to study the people’s participation in strong community creation in Takasem Community Maueng Sakaeo District, Sakaeo Province; ii) to study problems, obstacles and suggestions in the people’s participation in strong community creation in Takasem Community Maueng Sakaeo District Sakaeo Province; and iii) to study understanding the people’s participation in strong community creation in Takasem Community Maueng Sakaeo District Sakaeo Province. It is the survey research of which data collection was conducted by questionnaires for people in 5 Takasem communities with the sampling group of 341: men and women. The collected data were analyzed by using statistical techniques for sociological methodology such as Frequencies, Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation.

           The findings of the study are as follows:

           1) The population was most 215 women equaling to 63.04%, 201 aging between 31-60 years olds equaling to 58.94%, 238 qualified below bachelor’s degree 69.79%, 123 earning 5,000-10,000 Baht a month 36.07%, 169 working for wages 49.56%, and 175 married 51.32%.

           2) Having considered the people’s participation in strong community creation in Takasem Community Maueng Sakaeo District Sakaeo Province, total number has been found in high level = 4.00. Having considered each aspect, it has been found that the aspect of participation in performance has been in highest level = 4.17, the aspect of evaluation in high level = 4.14, and the aspect of participation in making decision also in high level = 3.77, respectively.

           3) Having considered the problems and obstacles in people’s participation in strong community creation in Takasem Community Maueng Sakaeo District Sakaeo Province, it has been found that the needed and agreed aims are not added in the performing plans for community development; general information of organization is not general for people; mostly problems could not be solved in proper way, nothing new for solving them; in the same time, the public opinion becomes to be meaningless for the organization’s administrators; additionally, the general services in aspect of society, politics, environment and public health are not radical for people.

              5) The suggestion for people’s participation in strong community creation in Takasem Community Maueng Sakaeo District Sakaeo Province: there should be some activities to promote harmony and strengthen community development.
