ABSTRACT

The objectives of this research were as following: 1) to study the community developmentin line with  Sangahavatthu IV of Sungneon Sub-district Administrative Organization, Krasang District, Buriram Province, 2)To study the personal data of line with Sangahavatthu IV of Sungneon Sub-district Administrative Organization, Krasang District, Buriram Province, differently classified by their personal data, and 3) To presentSangahavatthu IV for an application and a development of Sungneon Sub-district Administrative Organization, Krasang District, Buriram Province.

The methodology of research is Mixed-Method Research I.e. the quantitative research and qualitative research. The quantitative research was conducted by the questionnaires with 386 samples who are living in Sungneon Sub-district Administrative Organization, Krasang District, Buriram Province. The statistical techniques used were frequency, percentage, average, mean; standard deviation described in the personal data or variables, and the statistical hypothesis test (t-test), analysis One Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and compared the difference of the average that is matched by Least Significant Difference (LSD).

The qualitative research was done by interviewingfive people who were, experts and stakeholders with the community development. Data analyst was carried out through descriptive interpretation.

The result of research

1) The community development in line with Sangahavatthu IV of Sungnoen Sub-district Administrative Organization, Krasang District, Buriram Province, the people’s attitude is highest level.(= 3.90), When considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at highest level.

2) To compare the people’s attitude of the community development in line with Sangahavatthu IV of Sungnoen Sub-district Administrative Organization, Krasang District, Buriram Province, differently classified by their  sex, age, educational level, occupation, revenues. The study was found that the people of Sungnoen   Sub-district Administrative Organization, Krasang District, Buriram Province, with different educational level, occupation, revenue, had difference on attitude of the community development in line with Sangahavatthu IV of Sungnoen Sub-district Administrative Organization, Krasang District, Buriram Province, had the 0.01 level of statistical significance. But the people with different sex, age, had difference on satisfaction of the community development in line with Sangahavatthu IV of Sungnoen Sub-district Administrative Organization, Krasang District, Buriram Province, had the 0.05 level of statistical significance.

3) The issue, barrier and suggestions were corrected to the community development in line with Sangahavatthu IV of Sungnoen Sub-district Administrative Organization, Krasang District, and Buriram Province. The study was found that all aspects were at highest level. But the Atthachariya aspect was at average lesser than another one.  These staffs were not sufficient to explain service activities were held in community.  These staffs were supplied to communicate giving services all people, continuously and lately. The staffs were eager and punctuality to practice the community development activities. For the suggestions of Sub-district Administrative Organization, that are, the staffs should be sufficient to explain giving another service activities that were held in the community. These staffs should be supplied to coordinate service activities are continuer and faster than this.These staffs should be eager and punctuality to practice the community development activities.
