ABSTRACT
The present study consisted of three main objectives, namely, 1) to study the leadership according to principles of the sangahavatthu 4 under the educational service area office 6, chachoensao province. 2) to study and compare the leadership according to principles of the sangahavatthu 4 under the educational service area office 6 and 3) to explore problem and guidelines on the leadership according to principles of the sangahavatthu 4 under the educational service area office 6. The questionnaire was used to collect data from the director, vice directors and Teachers, Totaling 222 people. Data were analyzed by using statistical techniques such as frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, by set statistical significance at 0.05 level.
The study findings revealed that:
1. The overall leadership according to principles of the sangahavatthu 4 under the educational service area office 6, Chachoensao Province, was at a high level. When considering each aspect, it could be seen that the mean score of the Atthacariya aspect was the performing actions that are useful to other people was at a high level. while the mean scores of the psychological aspect, the Samanattata aspect was the behaving equitably toward all people, the Piyavaca aspect was the speaking words that are polite, and the aspect was at a lowest level, the Dana aspect was the giving, sacrificing and sharing his own things with others, respectively.
2. The comparison the Leadership According to Principles of The Sangaha Vatthu 4 Under The Educational Service Area Office 6, Chachoensao Province, by considering from personal factor by opinion of the director, vice directors and Teachers. The hypothesis testing showed the vice directors and Teachers who were different in ages, genders, educational backgrounds, positions and experience, no differences with opinion about the Leadership According to Principles of The Sangaha Vatthu 4 Under The Educational Service Area Office 6 in 4 aspects with statistical significance at 0.05 level.
3. Regarding recommendations on development of the leadership According to Principles of The Sangaha Vatthu 4 Under The Educational Service Area Office 6, Chachoensao Province. Should research the opinion of the director and teachers about the Leadership According to Principles of The Sangaha Vatthu 4 Under The Educational Service Area Office 6 in the era or educational reform in the High School Under The Educational Service Area Office 6, Chachoensao Province, There should study the effect factor to the development of the leadership According to Principles of The Sangaha Vatthu 4 and should study efficacy of the different development of the leadership According to Principles of The Sangaha Vatthu 4 for understanding the level of the development of the leadership.
