ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of the electronic office system (E–Office) administration of the school under Prathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 2) to study the effectiveness level of the electronic office system (E–Office) administration of the school under Prathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, 3) to study the relation between the electronic office system (E–Office) administration and the electronic office system (E–Office) administration of the school under Prathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sampling group used for the research is 320 administrators, teachers and administrative officers. The instrument used for collecting the data is the questionnaire with 5 levels of valuation system. The statistics used for analyzing the data is frequency, percentage, mean, standard variation and Analyzing the value of coefficient with Pearson’s Product Moment correlation Coefficient.
On the result of the research, it is found that the level of the electronic office system (E–Office) administration made by using 4 M as administrative factors, in general conclusion, is at the high level, being divided as in the aspects, it is at the high level in two aspects; the aspect of man resource administration and the aspect of money administration and it is at the medium level in two aspects; the aspect of management and the aspect of material.
The effectiveness of the electronic office system (E–Office), in general conclusion, is at the high level and in the aspects of processing and document management are at the medium level.
The electronic office system (E–Office) administration is related to the effectiveness of the electronic office system (E–Office) of the school under Prathumthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in the positive aspect with significance at the level of 0.01.
