Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the level of the Personnel Administration with Good Governance of the college administrators under the Vocational Education College in Nakhon Si Thammarat, 2) to compare the level of the Personnel Administration with Good Governance of the college administrators  under the Vocational Education College in differences on sex in Nakhon Si Thammarat, size of college, and work experience, and 3) to study the suggestions in supporting the Personnel Administration with Good Governance of the college administrators  under the Vocational Education College in Nakhon Si Thammarat. The samplings were collected from 186 teachers who serve as the subdivision and section chief in Nakhon Si Thammarat under the Vocational Education College by following the table of Krejcie and Morgan. The instruments used in the study were the close-ended questions. The data analysis and statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and LSD (Least Significant Difference).

 The research findings revealed that:

 1) The Personnel Administration with Good Governance of the college administrators under the Vocational Education College in Nakhon Si Thammarat was at the high level in general and all aspects of study. They are put in order from high to low as the following: the retired, the disciplinary and disciplined, the efficiency in the performance of government service, the workforce planning and placement, and the recruitment and appointment.

 2) The result of the data analysis in comparing the Personnel Administration with Good Governance of the college administrators  under the Vocational Education College in Nakhon Si Thammarat reveal that the Personnel Administration with Good Governance with sex and size of college is different with statistical significance of 0.05 level and the Personnel Administration with Good Governance with age and work experience is not different with statistical significance.

3) The suggestions in supporting the Personnel Administration with Good Governance of the college administrators under the Vocational Education College in Nakhon Si Thammarat can be arranged as: the workforce planning and placement should check and plan on asking rates in the future including to set clear policies and regulations properly.
