Abtract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the usage of the Virtues for Saraniyadhammaof school administrators affecting to the Local Administrative Organization’s effectiveness in schools of Yala City Municipality, 2) to study the usage of the Virtues for Saraniyadhamma in school administration affecting to the Local Administrative Organization’s effectiveness in schools of Yala City Municipality, and 3)to compare the level of the usage of the Virtues for Saraniyadhamma in school administration affecting to the Local Administrative Organization’s effectiveness in schools of Yala City Municipality in differences on sex, education, work experience and to study the suggestions in using of the Virtues for Saraniyadhamma in school administration affecting to the Local Administrative Organization’s effectiveness in schools of Yala City Municipality. This research is a quantitative research. The samplings were collected from 175 of the school administrators and teachers in Yala City Municipality in 2015’s academic year by following the table of Krejcie and Morgan, Stratified Random Sampling and Simple Random Sampling. The instruments used in the study were questionnaires. The data analysis and statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test.

The research findings revealed that:

1. The usage of the Virtues for Saraniyadhamma of school administrators and teachers affecting to the Local Administrative Organization’s effectiveness in schools of Yala City Municipality was at the middle level in general and all aspects of study. They are put in order from high to low as the following: to share any lawful gains with virtuous fellows, to be amiable in word, openly and in private, to be amiable in deed, openly and in private, to keep without blemish the rules of conduct along with one’s fellows, openly and in private, to be amiable in thought, openly and in private, to be endowed with right views along with one’s fellows, openly and in private.

2.The result of the data analysis in comparing the usage of the Virtues for Saraniyadhamma in school administration affecting to the Local Administrative Organization’s effectiveness in schools of Yala City Municipality with age is different with statistical significance of 0.05 level and with education and work experience is not different.

3.The suggestions in supporting the usage of the Virtues for Saraniyadhamma in school administration affecting to the Local Administrative Organization’s effectiveness in schools of Yala City Municipality can be arranged as: To be amiable in deed, openly and in private should consistently work public service and give courtesy to the people who came to the well, To be amiable in word, openly and in private should use polite words, To be amiable in thought, openly and in private should create awareness and public service properly, To share any lawful gains with virtuous fellows should wisely use the budget to help people who have suffered fairly, To keep without blemish the rules of conduct along with one’s fellows, openly and in private should act in the discipline as the faith of the people, To be endowed with right views along with one’s fellows, openly and in private should respect the opinion of colleagues and people who used the service.
