Abstract
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the administration accordance with Brahmavihara Dhamma of the school administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat City Municipality, 2) to study the personnel officers’ performance under Nakhon Si Thammarat City Municipality, and 3) to study the administration accordance with Brahmavihara Dhamma of the school administrators affecting the personnel officers’ performance under Nakhon Si Thammarat City Municipality. The samplings were collected from 221 teachers of 10 schools by following the table of Krejcie and Morgan by Stratified Random Sampling. The instruments used in this study were the questionnaires designed by researcher. The data analysis and statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation and the Multiple Regression Analysis.
The research findings revealed that:
1. The administration accordance with Brahmavihara Dhamma of the school administrators under Nakhon Si Thammarat City Municipality was at the high level in general and all aspects of study. They are put in order from high to low as the following: the sympathetic joy, the loving-kindness, and the equanimity.
2. The personnel officers’ performance under Nakhon Si Thammarat City Municipality was at the high level in general and all aspects of study. They are put in order from high to low as the following: the compliance, the work knowledge, and the work quality.
3. The administration accordance with Brahmavihara Dhamma of the school administrators affecting the personnel officers’ performance under Nakhon Si Thammarat City Municipality in the sympathetic joy and the equanimity is different with statistical significance of 0.05 level and in the loving-kindness and the compassion there is no difference with statistical significance shown as:
