ABSTRACT
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the state of Phrapariyattidhramma Educational Administration on Pali Section in Krabi Province, 2) to compare the obstructive level of Phrapariyattidhramma Educational Administration on Pali Section, and 3) to generate the suggestions in developing of Phrapariyattidhramma Educational Administration on Pali Section. The 92 samplings consisted of Buddhist Ecclesiastical Officials in Krabi Province. The Mixed Methods was used in this research. The samplings were collected from 92 Buddhist Ecclesiastical Officials in Krabi Province by following the table of Krejcie and Morgan and by simple random sampling. The data analysis and statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test and Least Significant Difference:LSD in quantitative research section. To make an interview 10 qualified experts of the Buddhist Ecclesiastical Officials, content analysis, content synthesis, interpretation, conclusion and presentation were used in qualitative research section.
The findings revealed that:
1. The overall of Phrapariyattidhramma Educational Administration on Pali Section in Krabi Province were at the medium level. When considered in each aspect found that the curriculum administration are in the highest level, followed by teaching and learning materials, while measurement and evaluation are in the lowest level.
2. The comparison for the obstruction of Phrapariyattidhramma Educational Administration on Pali Section classified by positional experience found difference with statistical significance of .05 level. While classified by age, rainy season year, Pali Study, secular education and position found with no difference.
3. The suggestions in developing of Phrapariyattidhramma Educational Administration on Pali Section in Krabi Province can be arranged as: In the Curriculum is quite difficult and specialized courses. The Sanghas should make it easier and provide much support in Pali. The teaching and Learning should produce and provide courses suitably for the learners in today’s modern society. The Media of Instruction should take the media to benefit the learners. In Teaching Activities should give learners pre-exam training and motivating them to see the value of Pali learning. And in the Measurement and Evaluation should be a measure of learning to access whether learners pass or not.
