ABSTRACT
The purposes of this research were to: 1) study the roles of Buddhist Ecclesiastical Officials to enhance Dhammasueksa Educational Administration in Krabi Province, 2) to compare the roles of Buddhist Ecclesiastical Officials to enhance Dhammasueksa Educational Administration classified by age, rainy season year, educational background and position, and 3) to generate the suggestions in supporting in Dhammasueksa Educational Administration. The 92 samplings consisted of Buddhist Ecclesiastical Officials in Krabi Province. The Mixed Methods was used in this research. The samplings were collected from 92 Buddhist Ecclesiastical Officials in Krabi Province by following the table of Krejcie and Morgan and by simple random sampling. The data analysis and statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test and Least Significant Difference:LSD in quantitative research section. To make an interview 10 qualified experts of the Buddhist Ecclesiastical Officials, content analysis, content synthesis, interpretation, conclusion and presentation were used in qualitative research section.
The findings revealed that:
1. The overall roles of Buddhist Ecclesiastical Officials to enhance Dhammasueksa Educational Administration in Krabi Province were at the high level. When considered in each aspect found that the measurement and evaluation are in the highest level, followed by curriculum and instructions, while teaching and learning materials usage are in the lowest level.
2. The comparison for the roles of Buddhist Ecclesiastical Officials to enhance Dhammasueksa Educational Administration classified by age, rainy season year, educational background and position found difference with statistical significance of .05 level.
3. The suggestions in supporting Dhammasueksa Educational Administration in Krabi Province can be arranged as: In the Curriculum should provide brainstorming conference to produce courses suitably for the learner in today’s modern society. In the Teaching and Learning should assign the Ecclesiastical District Officers teaching students in their responsible area in a clearly. In the Media of Instruction should make brainstorm to supply media teaching properly. And in the Measurement and Evaluation should be carried out continuously and variety.
