Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) study the Brahmavihara Dhamma leadership of Prapariyattidham School Administrators in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, 2) compare the Brahmavihara Dhamma leadership of Prapariyattidham School Administrators’ level, and 3) study the suggestions to promote the Brahmavihara Dhamma leadership of Prapariyattidham School Administrators. The samples consisted of 103 school administrators, teachers and school committees. The research instruments are questionnaires. The statistical analyzed by percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and paired comparison to arithmetic mean by Least Significant Difference ( LSD).
The results found that 1) the overall Brahmavihara Dhamma leadership of Prapariyattidham School Administrators was in high level, when considering in each aspect found that the relationship leadership was higher than result based leadership. 2) the overall comparison in Brahmavihara Dhamma leadership of Prapariyattidham School Administrators’ classified by educational level, working position and experience found with no difference, and 3) the suggestions to promote the Brahmavihara Dhamma leadership of Prapariyattidham School Administrators should be concentrate on personnel relation and task based management.
