Abstract
The objectives of this research are 1) to study the educational personnel’s openions academic administration, 2) to study and compare the educational personnel’s openions and 3) to study problems and ways of academic administration of the primary education schools under the NakhonPathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sampling group used for the research is the educational personnel of 8 schools under the NakhonPathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. This is a quantitative research. The instrument used for collecting the data is the questionnaire in the form of Rating Scale the value derived is in coincidence at 0.8-1.00. Analyzing the data made by frequency, percentage, standard daviation, t-test and one – Way ANOVA.
The result of research.
For 275 educational personnel persons of primary education schools under the NakhonPathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, it is found that 231 persons of them are women, 164 persons are of 31-40 years of age, 103 persons are of 41-50 years of age, 166 persons have B.A. degree education, 267 persons possess positions of teachers, 161 persons have 6-10 years of work experiences. The openions of academic administration of 241 persons, working in the schools of medium size, are at the high level.
On the analogical research of the educational personnel’s openions, it is found that the ideas of academic administration of the schools under the Office of primary educational service area, Nakhonpathom zone 1, in general conclusion, are at the high level and it is found that the most important aspect is the measurement and assessment, Being considered as aspects, it is found that all aspects are at the high level in the order from high to low; in the aspect of the research for developing the educational quality, educational supervision, curriculum and school development and learning process development, with statistical significance at the level of 0.05, respectively.
For the problems and the ways of academic administration of the schools under the Office of primary educational service area, Nakhonpathom zone 1, in the aspect of curriculum and school development, the documents of curriculum are not enough to the requirement, teachers lack understanding the core curriculum, lacking the public relations of the curriculum and school given to the concerned people and running the process of applying the curriculum is not going on the designed plan, in the aspect of learning process development, the teachers lack understanding the process of learning, the school and environment are not suitable for learning, lacking applying the local wisdom and resource persons from community learning source for developing the learning process, the budget for developing and the method of learning management are not sufficient for the requirement, in the aspect of measurement and assessment of learning, teachers lack the knowledge of producing instruments, the methods of measurement and assessment should be made in coincidence with purpose of learning, keeping the documents and measurement and assessment of learning are not made systematically, the plan of measurement of each subject is not made in coincidence with the standard learning and learning activity, lacking continuity of running measurement and assessment of learning as it be, in the aspect of the research for developing the educational qualification, training the teachers in doing the research is not held continuously, the budget for training teachers in doing the research is not sufficient, lacking the order of the problem importance used as a subject of research, lacking applying the results of researches for developing educational quality and the last one is in the aspect of educational demonstration, the personnel of school is not sufficient for the work of running the demonstration, the demonstrative committee have a lot of teaching work, hereby they have no time for demonstration, lacking applying various methods of demonstration, the internal demonstration and personnel development are not held continuously.
