ABSTRACT
The purposes of this research, the researcher has been studied “The administration of Phra pariyatidhamma Schools Group 4” that 1) To study problems of the administration of Phra pariyatidhamma Schools Group 4 2) To compare the level of administrators and teachers in the administration of Phra Pariyatidhamma Schools Group 4 3) To guidelines the administration of Phra Pariyatidhamma Schools Group 4.
The Conduct research was using Mixed Methods Research. The samples of Quantitative Research were the administrators and teachers in the administration of Phra Pariyatidhamma Schools Group 4. The researcher had been defined the sample size by R.C. Krejcie and Morgan table. The samples consisted of 228 bodies. The samples used for Qualitative Research the researcher used in-Depth interview from 7 Key informants by a group of experts in the administration of Phra Pariyatidhamma Schools Group 4 using Purposive Sampling of 7 members. The research tools employed Questionnaire and interview form the reliability of the instrument was 0.988.
The statistics used Frequency, Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation. The test of hypotheses were analyzed by t-test, f-test (One Way ANOVA) and Multiple comparison (Least Significant Difference : LSD).
For 7 key informants obtained from the interviews were analyzed for content. Using content analysis technique consisted context and processed together including the concept of documents and related research. To support the analysis to provide an overview and conclusion of the administration of Phra Pariyatidhamma Schools Group 4.
The findings of this research were as follows :
1) The opinions of administrators and teachers towards the administration of Phra Pariyatidhamma Schools Group 4 as a whole was moderate in descending order were as general administration, academic administration, budget management and personnel administration.
2) Students who had different personal status they had the opinions towards the administration of Phra Pariyatidhamma Schools Group 4 overall no statistically significant differences. The statistically significant difference level at .05, the hypotheses were rejected.
3) The problems, barriers and suggestions in the administration of Phra Pariyatidhamma Schools Group 4 were as follows : 1) The budget support in the administration of Phra Pariyatidhamma Schools Group 4 not enough to make a career out of inefficient. 2) Teachers lacked the motivation to perform. No collateral security professionals and welfare equal benefits. 3) The personal often had to modify the migration. The lack of continuity in the work, and the appointment was not clear 4) Students reduced subsidies have been in administration was reduced accordingly. 5) Teachers should be trained and developed, the quality of teaching and learning were few and no longer supported by the agency seriously 6) The preparation of the annual report and the execution of various projects were not tangible and clear. 7) The supervision of the agency were not covered in each school. 8) No clear regulations and applicable laws did not make use of management control difficult. 9) School without the knowledge of the quality of education because teachers have moved frequently, so the lack of continuity and quality assurance 10) Innovative materials and educational technology was inefficient and did not cover all schools.
4. Guidelines for the administration of Phra Pariyatidhamma Schools Group 4, Research indicated that 1) it should push for the act of of Phra Pariyatidhamma Schools 2) should be enforced and packed to receive salaries Education Act, teachers and educational personnel 2547 B.E. 3) School administrators should raise awareness about the quality of education for all staff. The administrator has also organized a seminar and educational quality assurance other schools. 4) The agency should be excluded from the ranks of students and teachers of budget by type of budget to spend on parts to each school, the ease of using budget. 5) They should provide training to educate teachers about curriculum. The promotion of teachers plan learning in groups. 6) The agency must oversee the ongoing study because it was aware of the problem led to further improvement. 7) The administrators should encourage and support the training of teachers and teacher development in various fields in order to enhance teaching and learning. 8) The administrators should prepare a summary report and annual report on implementation of various projects organized and quality assurance 9) The administrators should enhance innovation in media and learning. 10) The schools should be promoted in all aspects to increase the number of students to be more educated and supported in its entirety.
