Abstract

 The objectives of the research on “Personnel’s Roles of Promoting Moral and Ethics of students of Watdhatthong Secondary School under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area Bangkok Zone 2” are 1. to study personnel’s roles of promoting moral and ethics of students of Watdhatthong Secondary School, 2. to study the teachers’ ideas towards the Personnel’s Roles of Promoting Moral and Ethics of students of Watdhatthong Secondary School and 3. to study the suggestions and the ways of promoting moral and ethics of 85 students of Watdhatthong Secondary School . Valuation of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test and One-Way ANOVA.

              On the result of research, it is found that;

1. As the result of analyzing the data, the personnel’s ideas of personnel’s role of promoting moral and ethics, in whole are at the high level in every aspect, those are the aspect of being a good model, the aspect of training, teaching and the aspect of cultivating moral and ethics                            

2. The result of comparing the personnel’ ideas of promoting moral and ethics of students of Watthatthong secondary school, being divided as individual basic factor, is as follows:                                                                                                2.1 For the personnel, persons whose genders are different, their ideas towards the personnel’s role of promoting moral and ethics, in whole are not different with statistical significance at the level of 0.05                        

2.2 For the personnel persons whose official work years are different, their ideas towards the personnel’s role of promoting moral and ethics are different with statistical significance at the level of 0.05.                   

2.3 For the educated personnel persons, their ideas towards the personnel’s role of promoting moral and ethics are not different in all aspects with statistical significance at the level of 0.05.
