Abstract

Abstract

The 3 objectives of this research are  1. to study the Sangha Order’s roles towards Phrapariyattidhamma Education Administration, 2. to compare the Sangha Order’s roles towards Phrapariyattidhamma Education Administration and 3. to study problems, Obstacles and suggestions of Phrapariyattidhamma Education Administration in Bangkholaem District, Yannawa District and Sathon District, Bangkok.

The sampling group used for the research is 203 administrators and monks. The statistics used for analyzing the data is to evaluate percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and One- Way ANOVA Analysis of Variance. The result of comparing the mean of variables of more than two groups with statistical significance at 0.05.

 

The result of research can be summarized as follows;

1. the Sangha Order’s roles towards Phrapariyattidhamma Education Administration in Bangkholaem District, Yannawa District and Sathon District, Bangkok, in whole, are at the medium level, its mean equals 3.32. Being considered as aspects, it is found that in the aspect of work plan, the work plan of using the budget for each activity is clear at the highest level with the mean of 3.30, in the aspect of person, supporting the personnel with good knowledge, ability and attitude is at the highest level and its mean is 3.50, in the aspect of budget, the financial management committee is appointed for considering the receipts and expenses of school, its mean is at highest level 3.46, in the aspect of curriculum, the curriculum is emphasized on developing students to know how to think how to solve the problems, its mean is at the highest 3.65, in the aspect of educational media, there is the survey of requirement, using the educational equipments before purchasing them every time, its mean equals 3.42

2. Comparing the Sangha Order’s roles towards Phrapariyattidhamma Education Administration in Bangkholaem District, Yannawa District and Sathon District, Bangkok is divided as age, rains-retreat, general educational qualification, Dhamma study qualification, Pali study qualification and position and duty.

3. The problems, obstacles and suggestions of Phrapariyattidhamma Education Administration in Bangkholaem District, Yannawa District and Sathon District, Bangkok can be summarized as follows;                                                                        3.1 In the aspect of work plan, the development plan of educational management in Phrapariyattidhamma study schools should be made clearly for educational management of each school and the plan of allotting the budget for each activity should be made clearly                                                                                     3.2 In the aspect of personnel, supplying the personnel who possesses the knowledge and ability of educational management should be made for both levels; administrators and acting officers.                                                                  3.3 In the aspect of budget, the enough budget for supporting Phrapariyattidhamma study in every aspect should be supplied.                                          3.4 In the aspect of curriculum, the curriculum of Phrapariyattidhamma should be developed to be modern and in concidence with coming to Asean Community.                                                                                          

      3.5 In the aspect of learning and teaching, the modern educational media and equipments should be supplied according to changing of present society.
