Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1. To study the achievement of educational administration of school administrators, 2. To study of the result of comparing the study of achievement of educational  administration of school administration and 3. To study the suggestions and the ways of educational of administration of school administrators of Chatuchak District office Bangkok. The Sampling group is 165 persons from 16 schools. The statistics is used with evaluation of frequency and t-test , in case of two groups of primary variables, and F-test on the way of one –way ANOVA

On the research result, it is found that :

From the result of analyzing the data of study of achievement of educational administration of  school administrator, Director’s Deputy Director’s and school teachers’ ideas of  a study of achievement of educational administration of  school administrator, Chatuchak District Office, Bangkok , in whole, in all aspects, are at the high level, that is, in the aspect of educational administration, personal administration and promotion of participation

In the result of analyzing the research data of comparing a study of achievement of educational administration of school administrator by the way of one-way analysis of variance ANOVA, The division as an individual basic factors. That is, the ideas of persons  whose gender, position and duty, educational qualification and work experiences are different, are not different with statistical significance at the level of 0.05.
