Abstract
The objectives of this research were as follows 1) To study the level of academic administration of school administrators under primary education service area office 3 Nakhon Si Thammarat 2) To compare the academic administration of school administrators under primary educational service area office 3 Nakhon Si Thammarat in terms of sexes, ages, degrees of education and work experiences as differently and 3) To study the suggestions on the way to promote on academic administrators of school administrators under primary education service area office 3. The population for this research were composed of administrators, academic chief, and learning specific group leader in school under primary educational service area office 3 (Nakhon Si Thammarat) in the area of Huasai district, academic year 2015, there are 390 persons, the sample were about 200 persons by Krejcie and Morgan’s table measurement. The instrument for this research was questionnaire with designed by the researchers with conceptual from work – title on Academic administration of school administrators under primary educational service area office 3 (Nakhon Si Thammarat) at the reliability of 0.903 of questionnaire, the statistics were applied as follows; frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, one way ANOVA (F-test) and LSD method (Least significant Difference).
The finding were as follows.
1) The academic administration of administrators, academic chiefs and learning specific group leaders by overview was at more level when considered in each aspect found that the aspect of curriculum development of school was the highest mean and followed up the aspect of learning and teaching management the aspect assessment and procedure in learning result comparing and the aspect of development and using of technology for studying
2) Comparative result on academic administrators of school administrators under Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 (Nakhon Si Thammarat) in terms of sexes, ages, degrees of education and work experiences found that there were not different as statistically significance at .05.
3) The suggestion on the way to promote for academic administration of school administrators under Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 (Nakhon Si Thammarat) found that the aspect of curriculum development of school was the most recommendation i.e. there should provide for training of curriculum awareness and followed up the aspect of assessment and learning result comparing i.e. there should provide training to teacher on rule and order for proceeding and assessment.
