Abstract
The purposes of this research were threefold (1) to study the efficiency level of the teaching and learning. (2) to compare the efficiency level of the teaching and learning. (3) and to study problems, obstacles and suggestions on the efficiency of the teaching and learning of the Teachers at the Community Learning Center in Bangkoleam District, Bangkok.
The sample groups used in this study were 218 students, the statistics used in the data analysis was consisted of the frequency and percentage, the mean and the Standard deviation, T test and F test By one-way analysis of variance.
The results of research were as follows:
1. The students had opinions on the efficiency of the teaching and learning of the teachers at the community learning center. All of the four aspects; The overall were at the high level in all aspects. the overall high level in all aspects with an average of 4.11. When considering each individual aspect: it was found that the analysis aspect of the curriculum and the preparation of the local curriculum; by the community learning center had organized a curriculum to learn to target the problems and needs of the local students clearly, was at the highest level with an average of 4.27. The planning aspect of learning management; the teachers at the community learning center created the social learning; the opportunity for the students to interact socially with other people or other sources, was at the highest level with an average of 4.21. The learning management process aspect ; the teachers at the community learning center offered a variety of learning materials, printing media, electronic media and other media to provide services to learners, people had been studying and learning based on interest, was at the highest level with an average of 4.19. The measurement and evaluation aspect of learning; the teachers at the community learning center took the results of the measurements to compare with the criteria set out to determine the value of education, curriculums or tools used to measure whether appropriate or not, and how it should be improved and resolved, was at the highest level with an average of 4.21.
2. The comparison of the students' opinion levels on the efficiency of teaching and learning of the teachers at the community learning center. Classified by gender age, monthly income, occupation; the overall were found that students were not significantly different at the 0.05 level. When considering each individual aspect: it was found that the Students were not significantly different at the 0.05 level, it did not meet the hypotheses that were set out.
3. The problems, the obstacles and the suggestions on the guidelines of the efficiency of the teaching and learning of the teachers at the community learning center, were as follows:
3.1 The analysis aspect of the curriculum and the preparation of the local curriculum; should be a learning experience based on local wisdom. That as much as possible to comply with the knowledge that should be given.
3.2 The planning aspect of the learning management that should be determined on the contents of the classes are appropriate to the time and most beneficial to the students.
3.3 The learning management process aspect that should be summarized and reported on the implementation at the community learning center of the proposed to schools and agencies involved in the community and had the community get awareness activities that had made up.
3.4 The learning management process aspect that should be done on the placement of students and compare themselves to others by virtue of the criteria that had or fall. It stimulated the learning and acquiring knowledge even more.
