Abstract

Abstract

The research entitled " Guidelines for Development Process of the Student Ethics at Chumsaeng under the Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1", the objectives of this research were: 1) to study the students’ ethics 2) to compare the opinions of the personnel to the students’ ethics by classifying the personal status and the level of educational attainment, and 3) to suggestion the Guidelines for Development Process of the Student Ethics in Chumsaeng District under Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample was 244 school administrators, teachers, and Chumsaeng school boards network 3. The research applied Descriptive Research Method consisting of quantitative and qualitative research in data collection. The tools of this research were questionnaire rating scales and interview with .97 confidence. The statistics for analysis data used descriptive statistics; Frequencies, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, and key informants were used together with content analysis and in-depth interviews.


 

Results of the research:

1) Overall, the opinions to students’ ethical and moral principles in Chumsaeng under Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in a very high level when considering each side, it was found thatstudents’ ethical and moral principles in Chumsaeng under Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in a very high level; honesty , discipline, diligence, kindness and the economical.

2) To compare the opinions to students’ ethical and moral principles in Chumsaeng under Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 by classifying the personal status which are not statistically significant and rejected the hypothesis. Otherwise, the level of educational attainment found that a statistically significant at 0.01, it leads toaccept the hypothesis.

3) TheGuidelines for Development Process of the Student Ethicsin   Chumsaeng under Nakhonsawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 were should be to create and promote activities of students behavior. Practicing students to be a daily routine until a good habit in order to have positive reinforcement and cooperative between the school, house and the temple in order to develop students’ ethical and moral. In addition, let the people in the society are good role models for the students.
