ABSTRACT
This research had the following objectives 1)to study the learning Management according to Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of School Teachers under Chumsaeng Municipality, Nakhonsawan Province. 2) to compare the learning Management according to Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of School Teachers under Chumsaeng Municipality, Nakhonsawan Province classified by Personal factors,and 3) to study the guidelines and suggestions of the learning Management according to Sufficiency Economy Philosophy of School Teachers under Chumsaeng Municipality, Nakhonsawan Province.
The official teachers who were working with the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy consisted as the sample of the study. The sample size was 86 persons. The Quantitative Research by means of Survey Research was collected data by Questionnaire. The statistics used Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t – test, F – test (One way ANOVA), (Least Significant Difference : LSD). The conclusion of Problems barriers and suggestions have been done by Analyzing and Synthesizing.
The results of the study were as follows: the teachers’ opinion towards the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy as a whole were in high level ( = 3.80X). When considering in to each aspect; there were also found that in high level.
The comparison of teachers’ opinions towards the learning Management according to Sufficiency Economy; there were found that gender, age, position, and learning process were not statistically different at .05 level. Only the independent variable of educational Qualification was statistically different at 0.5 level.
