Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

                        The purposes of this study were as follows: (1) To study The context of  Administration of primary schools’ Administrators Khanuworalaksaburee District Kamphaengphet Province (2) To study an application of good governance towards Acadamic administration (3) To study the attitude towards an application of good governace in the administration for primary schools’ administrators Khanuworalaksaburee District , Kamphaengphet Province classified by gender, age,educational level, work experience and position.

      This study was Mixed Research. Firstly the quantitative had been performed by questionnaire. Secondly the quantitative research was used by In-dept Interview.   The researcher contructed the questionnaire by index of item objective Congruence : IOC asking from experts in the field. The sample size was determined from Table of R.V.Krejcie and D.W.Morgan for 226 persons. The sampling methodology was Simple Random Sampling. The analysis of data had been employed the statistics                   viz frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test (one way ANOVA)and least Significant Differense : LSD).The empirical data had been analyzed and synthesized.

    The findings of this research ware as follows:the most of respondents were female for 116 persons equivalent to 51.30 percent. The group with 51 years old and above was 100 persons equivalent to 44.20 percent. The  respondents who were school theachers had 141 persons equivalent to 62.40 percent.The respondents had working experience 9 years and above for 122 persons equivalent to 54.00 percent.

             Overall comparison of educational personnel’ opinions towards an application of good governance in the administration were at high level (=4.12). When considering in each as pect ,it was found that administrators, teachers and educational personnels had opinions towards the application of good governance for administration at hight level. According to independent variables of sex, age educational level and position, they were significant difference at .05 level only sex, age and position about opinions of educational personnels towards the application of good governance in the school administration.

             The application of good governance towards school administration should be kept in mind as the school culture and tradition. The good governance principle of participation, Rule of law, Transparency Responsiveness , Accountability anl Effectiveress and efficiency should be emphasized the participative administration. Everyone in primary schools should  work together. The educational personnels should not abandon their works till success.
