Abstract
The objectives of this research were as follows; 1) to study the performance according to Brahmavihara Performance and Personnel Administration in School under Trang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 2) To study the personel administration of school administrators under Trang primary educational service area office 2 and 3) To study the relation of performance according to Four Brahmavihara Performance and personnel administration in school administrators under Trang primary educational service area office 2. The samples were composed of administrator and teacher under Trang primary Educational Service Area Office 2 academic year 2015, There are 159 persons. The instrument for this researcher was questionnaire which are designed by the researcher at the reliability of .82 The statistics were applied as follows, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s correlation.
The results of study
1) The performance according to Brahmavihara principle of school administrators under Trang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 by overview was at more level and when considered in each aspect found that all aspects were at more level from more to less mean found that the aspect to Mudita the aspect of Karuna, the aspect of Metta and the aspect of Upekkha respectively.
2) The personnel administration of school administrators under Trang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 by overview was at more level when considered in each aspect found that all aspects were at more level from more to less as following the aspect government out, the aspect of disciplinary and disciplinary regarding, the aspect of searching and registration, the aspect of effectiveness promotion in government work performance and personel ratting plan.
3) The performance according to Brahmavihara principle and personnel administration of school administrators under Trang Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 by overview found that there were related as positive as mostly high as the statistically significance at .01 Download
