Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the Management of Virtues Ethics Training Project of high School students According to Sappaya 7 Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya Province 2) to compare the idea levels of the Management of Virtues Ethics Training Project of high School students According to Sappaya 7 Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya Province 3) to study Recommendations of the Management of Virtues Ethics Training Project of high School students According to Sappaya 7 Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya Province. The independent variables were gender, age, and level of education. There were a total of 278 sample groups. The research instruments were questionnaires form prepared by the researcher with 0.95 reliability gained. The statistics used for the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test (Independent sample), One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’ post hoc comparison method.
On the result of the research, it is found that;
1. The idea level of high school students upon the Management of Virtues Ethics Training Project of high School students According to Sappaya 7 Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya Province in 7 aspects was generally very high, while considering in each aspect it was found that the average scores were very high in all aspects.
2. In the respect of results of hypotheses test it was found that the idea level of high school students with different sex towards upon the Management of Virtues Ethics Training Project of high School students According to Sappaya 7 Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya Province, was not significantly different at 0.05 which was not related to the given hypothesis, whereas regarding the idea level of high school students with different age and class it was found to be significantly different at 0.05, related to the given hypothesis.
3. For the suggestions of the Management of Virtues Ethics Training Project of high School students According to Sappaya 7 Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Phra Nakorn Si Ayutthaya Province, it was found that the a training building should be separated from a school building; a companionway should avoid a school building; a lecture time should be proper to the course outlines with illustrative, understandable and unambiguous doctrines, there should be a canteen, a shady tree plantation and injected mosquitoes in the lodging area; there should be enough break; add trainees should be allowed to sleep early for a fresh morning.
