ABSTRACT
The purpose of the independent study was ; 1) to study the education of the administration of child development center in accordance with the four Brahmavihara at Krokphra District, Nakhonsawan Province, 2) to compare the education of the administrators, teachers, board the child development center in accordance with the four Brahmavihara at Krokphra District, Nakhonsawan Province, and 3) to provide the guidelines for the administration of child development center in accordance with the four Brahmavihara at Krokphra District, Nakhonsawan Province. The samples used in the research include administrators, teachers, board the child development center of 118 people.The data were randomize collected through a sample about 117 people or 99.15 percent. Methodology was the descriptive research method using the quantitative data and qualitative data. The questionnaire is a Check list, Rating scales, and open-ended questions. Data were analyzed by frequency, mean and standard deviation. Hypotheses were tested by F-test and one way ANOVA to test the different means from three groups or more.
Findings were as follows :
1. The administrators, teachers, and board the child development center considering each aspect according to the administration of child development center in accordance with the four Brahmavihara at Krokphra District, Nakhonsawan Province was at high levels with the average at ( = 4.22, S.D. = 0.37). Given the income levels found in all sorts of areas where the average is descending, Personnel ( = 4.28, S.D. = 0.45), Management of Child Development Centers, The involvement and support of all sectors, Academic and Curriculum (= 4.24, S.D. = 0.45), The buildings, environment and safety ( = 4.18, S.D. = 0.40 ). And the side with the lowest score is the promotion of early childhood development network (=4.16, S.D. = 0.43).
2. The administrators, teachers, board the child development center in accordance with the four Brahmavihara at Krokphra District, Nakhonsawan classified by population data; positions, educational level, and the length of time in the service was that educational personnel with differents, positions, educational level, and the length of time in the service had significantly that different is not statistically significant at the 0.05 level.
3. Guidelines for the management of the child development centers in accordance with the four Brahmavihara at Krokphra District, Nakhonsawan. can be summarized as follows : General management and administration .The plan of operation for the year of the the child development centers has a plan to ensure compliance with evaluation and revision. To promote the child development centers plans to spend time on the report of the budget of the agency. There are plan to create a party for the nomination, selection and appointment of those who must be qualified personnel at the location of the Planning Center Operations. Corporate Governance monitoring system which has the operation of its personnel, and the results of operations, and revisions. The building, a place of security and environmental concerns promotes the construction and updating of a child development center with building standards in accordance with the Department of Local Administration. Academic programs and activities in accordance with to promote child development center using a strategic plan to develop the study such as the education development plan, education 3-year action plan for fiscal year action plan to comply with the study and put it in a map to follow up and evaluate the plan. The participation and support from all sectors by Board of Directors has appointed a child development center, a community representative alumni parents to participate as a member of the joint and have a comment about the education and policy in recognition of child development center. This would providea platform for the meeting of the Board of Directors to consult with the child development center course development project schools, according to the plan development child development center.
