ABSTRACT

The odjectives of  this research were 1) to study the state of an application of the Four Brahmavihara in the administration of the school administrators according to the  opinion of teachers at Chum Saeng District under Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area Office 1, 2) to compare the opinion of the teachers to the administration of the Four Brahmavihara in the administration of the school administrators at Chum Saeng District under Nakhonsawan  Primary Education Service Area Office 1 by classifying on the personal factors, and 3) to present the ways for the administration of the Four Brahmavihara in the administration of the school administrators at Chum Saeng District under Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area Office 1.

This sample 159 teachers This research applied the Quantitative Research. The tools were the questionnaire and the interview. The data analysis used Frequencies Percentage, Mean, Standard, Deviation, t-test, One Way ANOVA Any Least Significant Difference : LSD.          

The results of the research

1.       Overall, The state of the application of the Four Brahmavihara in the

administration of the school administrators according to the opinion of the teachers Primary Education Service Area Office 1 was at high level When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at high level in every aspect.

2.               The comparison of the application of the Four Brahmavihara in the

administration of the school administrators according to the  opinion of teachers at Chum Saeng District under Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area Office 1 by classifying the personal factors found that the teaches having the different gender, age, work experience had no the different opinion to the application of the Four Brahmavihara in the administration of the school administrators at Chum Saeng District under Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area Office 1. However the teachers having the different degree of education had the different opinion to the application of the Four Brahmavihara in the administration of the school administrators at Chum Saeng District under Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area Office 1.

3.               The ways for application of the Four Brahmavihara in the administration

of the school administrators at Chum Saeng District under Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area Office 1 were that for Metta, the administrators should be kind, help and support the teachers for the self – development For Karuna, the administrators should help, suggest and Solve the problems to the teachers. For Mvdita, the administrators should make the good relationship by making the morale in working and admire the teachers For Upekkha, the administrators should have the capability, perform their duties and de fair regularly.
