ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the Educational Administration in accordance with the Good Governance principles of Administrators at Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, 2) to compare the opinion of the Educational Administration in accordance with the Good Governance principles of Administrators at Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, and 3) to study the problems, the obstrucles, and suggestions for the Educational Administration in accordance with the Good Governance principles of Administrators at Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample was 1,178 educational administrators by setting the sample size by opening the table of Krejcie and Morgan and use a simple sample size to draw significant conclusions. The statistics for analysis data used Frequencies, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation,
T-Test, F-test with One Way ANOVA.
Results of the research:
1) The main principles of the Educational Administration in accordance with the Good Governance principles of Administrators at Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were: rule of law, moral, main transparency, participation, accountability, and value. There were the highest level of overall feedback. When considering for each side, it was found that the rule of law, moral, and main transparency had the highest level. In addition, the participation and value had a high level.
2) The comparison of the Educational Administration in accordance with the Good Governance principles of Administrators at Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 by classifying the age and work experience found that the difference was statistically significant at .01 which meets the hypothesis.The education level was not different which does not follow the hypothesis with statistically significant at 0.05.
3) Problems, obstacles, and suggestions of the Educational Administration in accordance with the Good Governance principles of Administrators at Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 were as follows; should be set the supervision standard with systematic follow up and there should be set of measures to solve the problems for teacher responsibility to meet the plan and project approach to maximize students achievement.
