ABSTRACT
The objectives of this study were as follows : 1) to study Personnel Administration With Avoidance of Agati 4 of Primary School Administrators in Chum Saeng District, Nakhonsawan Province 2) to compare Personnel Administration with Avoidance of Agati 4 of Primary School Administrators in Chum Saeng District, Nakhonsawan Province by classifying on personal factors 3) to study problems, barriers and suggestions about Personnel Administration with Avoidance of Agati 4 of Primary School Administrators in Chum Saeng District, Nakhonsawan Province of teachers who served on Personal administration in Chum Saeng District, under Nakhonsawan office of Primary Education Service Area 1. The sample used teachers in the academic year 2557 B.E. under Nakhonsawan Office of Primary Education Service Area 1 for the number of 12 schools. The sample size of 162 bodies. by using Survey Research. The tools used for data collection was were questionnaires. The data were analyzed with statistical approach to find Frequency, Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation. The test of hypotheses applied t-test, F-test (One Way ANOVA) and Least Significant Difference : LSD. The study was summarized the problems, obstacles and suggestions by analyzing and synthesizing data.
The findings showed that teachers in Primary School towards personal administration with Avoidance of Agati 4 of Primary School Administrators in Chum Saeng District, Nakhonsawan Province as a whole they were found were the same result in high level (X = 3.74) When considering in each aspect:
Comparing study with of Agati 4 to influence the opinions of teachers in Primary School towards personal administration with Avoidance of Agati 4 of Primary School administrators in Chum Saeng District, Nakhonsawan Province. Overall in high level (X = 3.74) When considering in each aspect it was found that there were no different. The hypotheses were rejected. When viewed as a whole and divided in to groups based on personal factors were gender, age, Education qvalification, position and work experience it was found that there were no significant difference at .05 level. The hypotheses were rejected. It was found that there were significant different expecialy the position in overall at statistical level of at .05. Chandagati Referring to Chantagati, Dosagati, Bhayagati and Mohagati there were found that there were significant difference at .05 level. Therefore the hypotheses were accepted according to working experience without Agati 4 Chandagati, Dosagati and Bhayagati there were found significant difference at .05 level. Therefore the hypotheses had been accepted.
The actknowledgement approach to develop Personnel Administration with Avoidance of Agati 4 of Primary School Administrators in Chum Saeng District, Nakhonsawan Province there were found that the personnel who perform the duties and tasks as assigned based on the framework principles of personal administration. By using the principles of with Avoidance of Agati 4 when the framework successfully going into the analysis process. This process can be managed, which means that the propose of the model is expected to get and benefits of the result has been through all the rules and effective practice. It will bring work that had been developed to be applied and actually provide. Conversely, if the process of analyzing it. The result was not worth the practice. Personnel world have work to improve to review the error throuh the framework do this until the outcome is efficient. Users blast facilitate practical. All those, the effectiveness of personnel as a measure that would result in personnel administration. By using with Avoidance of Agati 4 in schools effectively.
