Abstract
This objective of this research were as follows 1) To Study the level of the personnel participation in Internal Education Quality Assurance in school under Muang Pakphanang municipality, Nakhon Si Thammarat province 2) To Compare the level of personnel participation in Internal Education Quality Assurance in school under Muang Pakphanang municipality Nakon Si Thammarat province in terms of ages, pesitions, and work experiences as differently. 3) To Study the way to promote on personnel participation in Internal Education Quality Assurance in school for under muang Pakphanang municipality. This is quantitative research. The samples this research were composed of administrator, teachers in school under muang Pakphanang municipality academic year 2015, there are about 127 persons. The instumant for data collection was questionnaire which is designed by the researcher at 0.952 of reliability. Data analysis by package computer program for social science research. The statistics were applied as follows, frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, One – Way ANOVA (F–test ) and LSD method (Least Significant Difference).
The findings were as follows.
1) The level of personnal participation in Internal Education Quality Assurance in school under Muang Pakphanang municipality, Nakon Si Thammarat province by overview was at more level when considered in each aspect found that the aspect of procedure was the highest mean and followed up the aspect of improve and development, the aspect of assessment following as standard and the aspect of planning was the lowest mean.
2) The comparative result on level of personnal participation in Internal Education Quality Assurance in school under Muang Pakphanang municipality Nakhon Si Thammarat province found that in terms ages, positions by overview was at different as statistically significance at .05 but in terms of sexes and work experiences were not different as statistically significance at .05
3) The suggestion on the way to promote on personnel participation in Internal Education Quality Assurance in school under Muang Pakphanang municipality Nakhon Si Thammarat province found that the aspect of assessment following on standard i.c. there should promote for assignment the committee in working . there should collect the information. There should determine the objective in planning as clear as possible. There should follow work from responsibility of the project.
