ABSTRACT
The research entitled; “ The Personnel Administration Applying of Elementary School in Muang District, Nakhonsawan.” The purposes of this research were as follows: 1) to study the Personnel Administration Applying Good Governance Administrators Under the office of Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area 1 2) to compare the opinion’s level the Personnel Administration Applying Good Governance Administrators Under the office of Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area 1 classified by personal factors. 3) to study problems, barriers and guidelines in the Personnel Administration Applying Good Governance Administrators Under the office of Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area1
The method of research was Survey Research. The sample of Quantitative Research consisted of 228 school teachers under the office of NakhonsawanPrimary Education Service Area 1. The sampling method employed Simple Random Sampling. The population of this study were 584 teachers. The sample of Qualitative Research was the executive staff under the office of Nakhonsawan Primary Education Service Area 1 viz seven Key Informant, Collecting by Purposive Sampling. The research tools used Interview form and Questionnaire with the reliability equal to .809. The statistics used Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, F-test (ONE WAY ANOVA) and Least Significant Difference: LSD and Spearman rank-order Correlation Coefficient.
The conclusion data from In-Depth Interview was analyzed by Content Analysis Technique.
The results of this study were as follows:
1) The teachers’ opinions towards personnel administration of school directors as a whole were in high level. If we arrange from descending order there were enhancing the efficiency of government, discipline and disciplinary actions, planning staffing and placement, the retired, the morale and recruitment and appointment.
2) Teachers with a different status had the opinion towards the personnel administration of administrators overall and different aspects. There were statistically significant at .01 level. The hypotheses had been accepted. The sub-variables in personnel administration applying good governance were the efficiency of government, discipline and disciplinary actions, planning staffing and placement, the retired, the morale and recruitment and appointment in the administration of the schools administrators. There were statistically significant at .01 level. The hypotheses had been accepted.
3) The subvariables of Personnel Administration of Elementary School in Muang District Nakhonsawan such as Promoting the Efficieng of teachers, rules and discipline of teachers, positional planning, retire from officialworks, Morale and Motivation and seletions and recruitment were nighly statistically siqnificant at .01 level
