ABSTRACT            

            The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the behaviour information for the buddhist management  Nakornpathom province, 2) to study the comparison of the behaviour information for the buddhist management  Nakornpathom province,   3) to study the problems and suggestions for the guidelines about the behaviour information for the buddhist management  Nakornpathom province. The research is a mixed research methodology between quantitative and qualitative researches that conducted by collecting the data from the field study of 192 monks and using the closed and opened questionnaires. The statistics are used for the data analysis through such as percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D), F-test, One-way Analysis of Variance and Least Significant Difference : LSD, and the data analysis from interview was used by the content analysis technique.

The findings of this research as follow :

1. The monks had the opinions to behaviour information for the buddhist management  Nakornpathom province. It is a good level for overall as an average as 3.867. When considered in each side found the monks had the opinions to behaviour information for the buddhist management  Nakornpathom province that is also a  good level as information technology and tool to search for information technology as  3.893 an average and the lowest point was communication technology  was 3.811 in average.

2. The findings of comparison of the behaviour information for the buddhist management  Nakornpathom province, classified by personal data, found that the sampling group who had the difference of general education, had the opinions to behaviour information for the buddhist management Nakornpathom province differently with significance of statistics at 0.05. It accepted the hypothesis. But the sampling group who had the difference of ordination year, Pali Education and position of Sangha organization, had the opinions to behaviour information for the buddhist management Nakornpathom province indifferently. It rejected the hypothesis.

3. The problems, obstacles and suggestions to the opinions to sampling group who had the difference of general education, had the opinion to behaviour information for the buddhist management Nakornpathom province, found that the monks lack of knowledge and understanding about the works of Information technology such as used the information technology improperly, accepted some kind of information technology incredibly, difficult foreign language to understand. Therefore, should have the training about the information technology knowledge to Sangha administrator. For the documents, should examine it perfectly before sending the information every time and should support the knowledge and understanding for using the reference of documents for giving the knowledge to related staffs to apply the academic data in Sangha  management. The guidelines to support the behaviour information for the buddhist management Nakornpathom province in overall, found that the good acceptance and sending the information technology, should analyze the information to maximize benefits because the good acceptance and sending the information technology is the process to suggest the executives create the strategic plan to develop the Sangha organization. The user of information technology must realize to study the information technology usage both theory and practical properly with usage in acceptance and sending the information or to use the information technology for ability of users and computer combination by having the objective for getting the information technology to work the management and making a decision to develop the Sangha organization in the future.
