ABSTRACT
The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the management on the golden stick worshiping festival of LuangPhor Watraikhing, 2) to study the comparison of the management on the golden stick worshiping festival of LuangPhor Watraikhing, 3) to study the problems and suggestions about the management on the golden stick worshiping festival of LuangPhor Watraikhing. The sampling group was 222 people/monks who were the committee of the golden stick worshiping festival of LuangPhor Watraikhing. The research is a mixed research methodology between quantitative and qualitative researches. The statistics are used for the data analysis through such as percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D), T - test, F - test , One - way Analysis of Variance and Least Significant Difference : LSD., and the data analysis from interview was used by the content analysis technique.
The findings of this research as follows :
1. The management on the golden stick worshiping festival of LuangPhor Watraikhing. It is a good level for overall with an average at 3.798. When considered in each side, found that the management on the golden stick worshiping festival of LuangPhor Watraikhing were the personnel management, work management, budget management, were also at good level.
2. The findings of comparison of the management on the golden stick worshiping festival of LuangPhor Watraikhing, classified by personal data, found that the committee who had the difference of age, level of education and career, had the management on the golden stick worshiping festival of LuangPhor Watraikhing indifferently. It rejected the hypothesis. But the committee who had the difference of income, had the opinions to management on the golden stick worshiping festival of LuangPhor Watraikhing differently with significance of statistics at 0.05. It accepted the hypothesis.
3. The problems and obstacles about the management on the golden stick worshiping festival of LuangPhor Watraikhing, found that Watraikhing lacks of planning, lack of ask the demand of temple committee, lack of interiview about yearly monastery festival, lack of objective for the festival, lack of set up the personal in each sector, lack of clearly responsible persons. For the solutions, Watraikhing should set up the festival committee along with the demand of sector, should examine the demand of committee, should ask for yearly monastery festival, should have the clearly objective for the festival, should cooperate the responsibility and divide the head of sector should have the responsibility to have the duty to take responsibility clearly.
