ABSTRACT

The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the satisfaction of guardians and students to the Buddhist Sunday Center management of Wat Thasadet, Danmakhamtie district, Kanchanaburi province, 2) to study the comparison of the satisfaction of guardians and students to the Buddhist Sunday Center management of Wat Thasadet, Danmakhamtie district, Kanchanaburi province, 3) to study the problems and suggestions about the satisfaction of guardians and students to the Buddhist Sunday  Center management of Wat Thasadet, Danmakhamtie district, Kanchanaburi province. The sampling group was 156 guardians and students of the Buddhist Sunday Center management of Wat Thasadet, Danmakhamtie district, Kanchanaburi province. The research is a mixed research methodology between quantitative and qualitative researches. The statistics are used for the data analysis through such as percentage, mean, standard deviation (S.D), t-test, F-test, One-way Analysis of Variance and Least Significant Difference : LSD., and the data analysis from interview was used by the content analysis technique.

The findings of this research as follows :

1. The guardians and students had the satisfaction of guardians and students to the Buddhist Sunday school management of Wat Thasadet, Danmakhamtie district, Kanchanaburi province. It is at the good level for overall with an average at 3.762. When considered in each side, found that guardians and students had the satisfaction to the Buddhist Sunday Center management of WatTahsadet, Danmakhamtie district, Kanchanaburi province  for academy, general administration, facility were at good level and the personal was at the middle level. For the highest satisfaction side was the facility with with an average at 3.994 and the lowest satisfaction side was the personal with an average at 3.487.

2. The findings of comparison of the satisfaction of guardians and students  to the Buddhist Sunday Center management of Wat Thasadet, Danmakhamtie district, Kanchanaburi province, classified by personal data and tested the hypothesis, found that the guardians and students were the questionnaire correspondents who had the difference of sex, age, education and career, had the the satisfaction of guardians and students  to the Buddhist Sunday school management of Wat Thasadet, Danmakhamtie district, Kanchanaburi province differently with significance of statistics at 0.05. It accepted the hypothesis.

3. The problems and obstacles about the Buddhist Sunday school management of Wat Thasadet, Danmakhamtie district, Kanchanaburi province, and found that the students do not have the responsibility for assignment, teachers used the difficult teaching method, the label for Buddhist Sunday school unclearly, not time to send the children to school. For the suggestions, should let the students sit for mediation before entering the classroom for increasing the mindfulness and wisdom, should have the rule and regulation about teachers’ behavior, should have the method to look after for the safety of the students and should have enough food service for students. The guidelines to support to the Buddhist Sunday school management of Wat Thasadet, Danmakhamtie district, Kanchanaburi province., found that should cooperate with the community for supporting the academic work to students about academy of Buddhist subject, should set up the news about activities and have the public relations to the guardians and students for listening the opinions and giving the cooperation to guardians and students in every matter as possible of Buddhist Sunday school.
