Abstract
This thesis aims to study the state of the Sub- District Administrative Organization, Watbot District, Phitsanulok Province, to compare the views of the personnel on the application of Iddhipāda 4 to management Sub-District Administrative Organization, Watbot District, Phitsanulok Province by personal factors and to study the application of the influence of Iddhipāda 4 of the personnel for Used for management development Sub-District Administrative Organization, Watbot District, Phitsanulok. The method of research is mix research i.e. the quantitative Research for survey and the qualitative research. It is used In-Depth Interview With the Key Informants. The sampling group of people is used in the study is the personnel performance of Sub-District Administrative Organization, Watbot District, Phitsanulok Province C.E. 2015 including civil servants and employees amount of 120 people. Its instrument for data collection is a questionnaire. Its statistics for data analysis is frequency, Percentage and average () with standard deviation (S.D.) in form of T test (t-test) and one-way analysis of variance (One Way ANOVA)
The results of study were followed:
Sub- District Administrative Organization, Watbot District has a total of six is WatBbt, Tha Ngam, Thothae, Ban Yang, Hin Lat and Khan Chong. The application has Iddhipāda 4 as follows.
The application of Iddhipāda 4 for the personnel in management of Sub-District Administrative Organization, Watbot District, Phitsanulok is at a much level. The considering details of side each. The side of Chanda, Viriya, Citta and Vimaṁsā found that the application of Iddhipāda 4 for the personnel in management District Administrative Organization, Watbot District, Phitsanulok are much level of all sides.
The side of comparison in application of Iddhipāda 4 for the personnel in the management of Sub-District Administrative Organization, Watbot District, Phitsanulok, personally, are showed that one who is gender, age, education, rank and and monthly income is not different statistical significant at the level 0.05. Therefore, it is the negative of research hypothesis.
The problem and obstruction in the application for Iddhipāda 4 is found that sometimes bosses will not listen to proposal of personnel. The personnel lacka development. The personnel should intend in the duty of self-assigned. Also, some personnel does not consider the reason. Therefore, the application of Iddhipāda 4 in the organization does not related with this aim. Suggestions are following :- 1) Chanda, the personnel should accepted the criticism from people taking service as good or bad. Any thing should be improved. He is ready to perform at their maximum capacity. 2) Viriya, the personnel should attempt to perform the duties assigned urgently with the free participation. 3) Citta, any work is assigned, he should intend that work for the acceptance of friends and people. 4) Vimaṁsā, every time of working, it is usually a range of obstacles. Therefore, the personnel should always adjust himself relating with situations for the common benefit, the operation of work in that location.
