Abstract
This research aims 1) to study the phenomenon of happy organization of Lamphun Buddhist College, 2) to study the development trend of the happy workplace of Lamphun Buddhist College, and 3) to present the development scenario of happy workplace of Lamphun Buddhist College. This research is to study futures research by analyzing documents and research that related to happy workplace. There are three types of collection as follows: 1. Document Analysis, 2. Interviews with four people, and 3. Group discussion of eight experts with analysis descriptive data. For the purposes of topic 3, the researcher has organized a four steps of management analysis system, including 1. Framing framework, 2. Painting a scene, 3. Assessing the possibilities of the scenario, and 4. Presenting a vision and presenting a summary of the research.
The results of this study were concluded as follows:
The phenomenon of happy workplace of Lamphun Buddhist College found that tries to create physical and biological perfection, focusing on four characteristics, including good family, good team, good personnel and good future without a barrier. There are organizational culture, folkways and mores of respecting seniority, because Lamphun Buddhist College has a family status, brotherhood and coordinate the team of new generation personnel.
The development trend of the happy workplace of the Lamphun Buddhist College found that there is a tendency to develop a learning system of happy workplace that will lead to a foundation for developing the happiness that can be good model by the intention and commitment to the most strategic development plan. It is believed that the need both physical and mental strength from all personnel will help to see the light of success in the future.
The scenario of the development of happy workplace of the Lamphun Buddhist College found that Lamphun Buddhist College is a family of happiness By having a viewpoint made up of seven visuals, including : The first scenario: Green Colleges not more than fifteen years. The second scenario: Campus development is very clear, but can develop in the ten -twenty years. The third scenario: College of self-sufficiency will take place within seven years. The fourth Scenario: The College of Community Intellectual Property will take place in approximately ten-fifteen years. The fifth scenario: The College Networking Center will take place over a period of more than 10 years. Sixth Scenario: Teamwork College takes place within ten-fifteen years. And the seventh scenario: the College of ownership takes within ten-fifteen years.
