This thesis has four main aims as follows 1) to study the level of development of quality of life to strengthen the happiness of people 2) to compare the development of quality of life to strengthen the happiness of peoples 3) to study the problems, obstacles, and suggestions about development of quality of life to strengthen the happiness of peoples 4) to study the approaches of development of quality of life for strengthen the happiness of peoples in Tambon Banpae Municipality Jomthong District Chiang Mai Province. The research was implemented by Mixed Methods Research, The population and sample used the peoples In Tambon Banpae Municipality, Jomthong District, Chiang Mai Province amount 384 people. Data were analyzed by using a computer program for social science research. The qualitative research method used the in-depth interview with the key informants and collaborating the context by the content analysis technique.

                 1) Development of quality of life to strengthen the happiness of people in Tambon Banpae Municipality, was opined by the Public opinion overall in the high level (  = 3.88), and considering the high level found in every aspect. Only the aspect of happy body was found moderate level.

                 2) The comparison of the sample’s opinion on the  development of quality of life of peoples in Tambon Banpae Municipality classified by personal factors, i.e. gender, age, status, education, occupation, income average per month and number of family members found that people with gender, status, income average per month, number of family members has no different opinion on the development of quality of life of peoples in Tambon Banpae Municipality, Jomthong District Chiang Mai Province. Whereas the population age, education, and occupation found different opinion in the significance at level 0.05.

                 3) the problems obstacles about development of quality of life for strengthen the happiness of peoples in Tambon Banpae Municipality Jomthong District Chiang Mai Province. Found most respondents identify the issue is the infrastructure want to municipalities with the road the journey to better.

             4) The suggestions guide live of development of quality of life to strengthen the happiness of peoples in Tambon Banpae Municipality Jomthong district Chiang Mai province found that it should focus on policy development and Defensive tackle various according to the strategy of every aspect thoroughly match needs and suffered of the people quickly. timely and satisfaction people have a better life it will be a pleasure to the people and truly sustainable.
