Abstract

Abstract

 

The objectives of the thesis entitled " Happy Workplace Development of Lamphun Buddhist College, Lamphun Province” were as follows: 1) to study the situation of happy workplace development of Lamphun Buddhist College, Lamphun Province, 2) to study the development of happy workplace of Lamphun Buddhist College, Lamphun Province, and 3) to study the trend of happy workplace development of Lamphun Buddhist College, Lamphun province. This research is qualitative research methodology with interviewing In-depth Interview and the researcher is selected sixteen interviewees from key informants, including the first group is six executives of organization, the second group is four leader of personnel, the third group is three students.

The findings of this research as follows:

                 1. The situation of happy workplace development of Lamphun Buddhist College, Lamphun province found that Lamphun Buddhist College realizes the importance of the potential development of personnel in the organization by the process of creating happy workplace of work through service style and personnel development by the management principle according to good governance principles. That determine the strategy for resources development to happy workplace, development of information technology for effective international management and Green University Development  of information technology for effective international management. So that there is the development of happy workplace of Lamphun Buddhist College through Happy Elements in eight aspects, including happy body, happy heart, happy relax, happy brain, and happy soul, happy money, happy family and happy society.

2. The development of happy workplace of Lamphun Buddhist College found that Lamphun Buddhist College has been integrated through 4 dimensions, namely the dimension of physical environment appropriately to be consistent with the activities and facilitating metal development along with physical development. The dimension of organizational culture is to create a good organizational culture in the form of opportunities for all levels of personnel to participate the work development, having volunteer for social assistance, having morality and  do not expect return. The dimension of interpersonal interaction within the organization promoted through integrated management project with all sections. The dimension of external connection that links with the Thai Health Promotion Office (THPO), the Thailand Research Fund (TRF), and links with other organizations, including linking to the community and society that links the development of knowledge to personnel and transfer their knowledge to organizations that need to improve the organization in order to become a happy workplace.

3. The development trend of happy workplace of Lamphun Buddhist College, Lamphun province adhered to the guideline of Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University Development Plan during higher education development plan no. 12 (BE 2017-2021) by covering eight ways to create happiness, including happy body, happy heart, happy relax, happy brain, happy soul, happy money, happy family and happy society in order to lead a model organization of workplace.
