Abstract

The objectives of the research entitled "Networking of Women Leaders     to Strengthen the Stability of Buddhism in Local Administrative organization            of Lamphun Province" aim: 1) to study the role of women leaders to strengthen       the stability of Buddhism in local administrative organization of Lamphun Province, 2) to study the process of women leaders to strengthen the stability of Buddhism       in local administrative organization of Lamphun Province, and 3) to study the networking guideline of women leaders to strengthen the stability of Buddhism         in local administrative organization of Lamphun Province. This study is qualitative research with In-depth interview. The researcher is selected 16 interviewees or key informants, including 1st group is 3 senior monks, 2nd group is a section head responsible for Buddhism, 3rd groups is 3 religious scholars, and 4th group is 9 women leaders in local administrative organizations of Lamphun province.

The findings of this research as follows:

1.  The role of women leaders to strengthen the stability of Buddhism in local administrative organization of Lamphun Province found that the women leaders in local administrative organizations of Lamphun has two aspects, including the personal role is to be the Buddhists in the role of laywomen in Buddhism and the social role is followed responsibility in the job.

2.  The process of strengthening the stability to Buddhism of women leaders in local administrative organization of Lamphun Province was found that 1) The education should focus on the study of the Tipitaka downright by providing the right knowledge and can be knowledge propagated to other people,  2) The practice should study the teaching of Dhamma in order to apply to the household and the work, 3) The propagation should focus on the propagation of correct Dhamma’s teaching according to the contents appears in Tipitaka, rhe propaganda model should be kept up to date and propagated through personal practice, 4) The protection of Buddhism should promote the study of the Buddhist scriptures seriously in order to the four Buddhist companies have in-depth knowledge, practice properly and take the knowledge to protect Buddhism, and 5) The maintenance of Buddhism should focus on promoting activities about cultural tradition  that related with Buddhism such as ordination project, the maintenance of Buddhism with 4 necessities of life.

3.  The networking guideline of women leaders to strengthen the stability of Buddhism in local administrative organization of Lamphun Province found that there are five ways, including 1) networking of personal relationships, 2) the merger of the original network and bringing Buddhism into the supplement, 3) networking by using the crisis as an opportunity, 4) networking by casting faith and belief in religious person or important person, and 5) networking of cooperation with the office of Buddhism by  knowledge transfer through Dhamma study level Tri, Tho and Eak.
