ABSTRACT
The research entitled as “The Effectiveness of the Learning and Teaching Management in Phrariyattidhamma Schools, Pali Section, Suphanburi Province”. The objectives of this research were: 1) to study The Effectiveness of the Learning and Teaching Management in Phrariyattidhamma Schools, Pali Section, Suphanburi Province, 2) to study the comparison of the opinions to The Effectiveness of the Learning and Teaching Management in Phrariyattidhamma Schools, Pali Section, Suphanburi Province, and 3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions about The Effectiveness of the Learning and Teaching Management in Phrariyattidhamma Schools, Pali Section, Suphanburi Province. The research methodology was the mixed method research between quantitative research by collecting the data from the questionnaires and qualitative research by collecting the data from in depth interview. The sampling group of this research was 122 out of 176 students of Phrariyattidhamma Schools, Pali Section, Suphanburi Province and collected the data by distributing the questionnaires from January 2557 - June 2557 by survey research. The tool used for data collection was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation; SD by collecting the data from the group sampling and analyzing the data through the social science programme, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation; SD and T- test by one way analysis of variance; ANOVA, and test the differences of the average pairing with the Least Significant Difference: LSD by setting statistically significant at the 0.05 level and opened questionnaires about problems, obstacles and suggestions the guideline about the Effectiveness towards Educational Management to Phrariyattidhamma Schools, Pali Section, Suphanburi Province and the data from in depth interview and level of the Effectiveness towards Educational Management to Phrariyattidhamma Schools, Pali Section, Suphanburi Province.
The findings of this research were as following :
1. The level of opinions of the students towards the opinions of the Effectiveness towards Educational Management to Phrariyattidhamma Schools, Pali Section, Suphanburi Province, classified by personal factors and found that was at high level for overall (X=3.70, S.D.= 0.523). When considered in each side found that the students had the opinions of the Effectiveness towards Educational Management to Phrariyattidhamma Schools, Pali Section, Suphanburi Province found that the curriculum was the highest level(X=3.93, S.D.= 0.673), the second was the teaching activity was(X=3.92, S.D.= 0.661) and the examination and evaluation was the lowest level(X=3.08, S.D.= 0.578).
2. The Effectiveness of the Learning and Teaching Management in Phrariyattidhamma Schools, Pali Section, Suphanburi Province and it found that the students who had the differences of ordination year, general education and Pali education, the had the opinions to the effectiveness towards Educational Management to Phrariyattidhamma Schools, Pali Section, Suphanburi Province Indifferently, it rejected the hypothesis. But the students who had the differences of age and period of time for staying at the temple, they had the opinions to Effectiveness towards Educational Management to Phrariyattidhamma Schools, Pali Section, Suphanburi Province in overall differently by statistically significant at the 0.05 level. It is relevant to hypothesis.
3. The problems, obstacles of Effectiveness towards Educational Management to Phrariyattidhamma Schools, Pali Section, Suphanburi Province and it found that the low numbers of students, difficult Pali education both students and teachers and learned by heart. For the supreme Dhamma or Abhidhamma was studying by heart who could remember for the exam, they could pass. But who could not remember for the examination, they could not pass. The cost of educational management for teaching Pali in the other provinces or the country side had many problems and obstacles because it had the high cost, obstacles of Pali Education school did not have enough the teaching equipments or some schools, the students did not have the motivation and incentives as the gifts or awards when they passed the examination.
