ABSTRACT
The objectives of this study were 1) to study the opinions of The Quality of Life Development in Working according to Sufficiency Economy of the Officers in Umong Sub-district Municipality, Muang District, Lamphun Province, 2) to study the relationship between the personal factors to the opinions of the Quality of Life Development in Working according to Sufficiency Economy of the Officers in Umong Sub-district Municipality, Muang District, Lamphun Province, 3) to study the problems obstacles and suggestions about the Quality of Life Development in Working According to Sufficiency Economy of the Officers in Umong Sub-district Municipality, Muang District, Lamphun Province, and 4) to study the approaches of Iddhipàda IV to development in working according to sufficiency economy. The research was implemented by Mixed Methods Research, The population and a sample used the officers and administrators of Umong Sub-district municipality amount 125 people. The procedure was collected from every unit of the population by the questionnaire, the data analyzed by the Statistical Package for Social Science Research, to find out Frequency, Percentage, Mean and Standard Deviation and testing the hypothesis by Chi – Square Test ( ), In the part of an open-ended question that showing the problems, obstacles and suggestions, the researcher grouped according to the issues set from in open-ended questionnaires, and to analyze by Frequency, and data from interviews. The researcher used Data Grouping on the essence of the interview, and analyzed the data by Content Analysis Technique.
The results of the research found that :
1. The Level of opinions on The Quality of Life Development in Working according to Sufficiency Economy of the Officers in Umong Sub-district Municipality, Muang District, Lamphun Province found the municipal respondent opinions total average was at a high level (µ = 3.85). When considering in each aspect, finding that, the all aspects had ideas to improve the quality of life in the works according to the principle of sufficiency economy at a high level. The highest average (µ = 3.95) was in knowledge and moral aspects. The lowest average (µ = 3.62) was in the aspect of good immunity system.
2. The Study on the relationship between the personal factors with The Quality of Life Development in Working according to Sufficiency Economy of the Officers in Umong Sub-district Municipality, Muang District, Lamphun Province, the hypothesis analyzed by the differences according to the classification based on personal factors, found that the gender and education level was related to the quality life of development in working according to sufficiency economy, age, marital status, income per month, period of working had no relationship with The quality life of development in working toward sufficiency economics.
3. To study the problems, obstacles and suggestions about The Quality of Life Development in Working according to Sufficiency Economy of the Officers in Umong Sub-district Municipality, Muang District, Lamphun Province. Conclusion, the work of officers were not suitable planning, some works intervened between, It affected the strategic planning, some people, lack of knowledge, specific skills, including some people insufficient of kindness to colleagues. It should have planned the work both in proactive and strategic. Including, knowledge training for developing the skills to work, to promote moral ethics and kindness for working cooperatively.
4. The findings of a qualitative research study was the most of Key Informants focusing on the lifestyle of sufficiency economy, appreciate the value of resources with the most of worthily and economically, know the reason how to work for strengthening the good immune system, for making a quality work. Including the usage of knowledge and integrity to enhance the quality of life according to the highest of economic efficiency.
