Abstract

              The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the people service according to the four Sangahavatthu (principles of service)  of Juvenile and Family Court, Nakhonsawan Province,   2) to compare the  people service according to the four Sangahavatthu of Juvenile and Family Court, Nakhonsawan Province by classifying on the personal factors, and 3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions for the people service according to the four Sangahavatthu of Juvenile and Family Court, Nakhonsawan Province.

          This research applied the Mixed Methods Research consisting of the qualitative and quantitative research. The sample was 316 people served for Juvenile and Family Court, Nakhonsawan Province from the stratified random sampling. The tools of the research were questionnaire with the 0.898 of reliability and in-Depth interview from the 7 key informants. The analysis of data used Statistical Package for Social Science. The statistics for analysis data used Frequencies, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test and F-test with One Way ANOVA and Least Significant Difference: LSD.)

              Results of the Research

              1. Overall,the people had the opinion towards the people service according to the four Sangahavatthu of Juvenile and Family Court, Nakhonsawan Province at the high level (= 3.76). When considering each aspect, it arranged from the high to low level: the Dāna : giving (= 3.95), the Samānattatā : even and equal treatment (= 3.95), the Atthacariyā : useful conduct (= 3.61), and the Piyavācā : kindly speech (= 3.53).

2. The result of the comparison of the level of the opinion towards the people service according to the four Sangahavatthu of Juvenile and Family Court, Nakhonsawan Province by classifying on the personal factors found that the people having the different sex, age, degree of education, occupation and income had no the different opinion towards the people service according to the four Sangahavatthu of Juvenile and Family Court, Nakhonsawan Province  at 0.05 statistical significance.Therefore, the hypothesis was denied.

              3. The problems, obstacles, and suggestions for the people service according to the four Sangahavatthu of Juvenile and Family Court,Nakhonsawan Province were that the information was late in the people service, some departments spend much time for the working, a lot of people came to serve at Juvenile and Family Court. The staff was insufficient and some had the insufficient experience in the service. It made the service late.  Moreover, the sign for the direction was unclear and insufficient. 

              The suggestions for the people service according to the four Sangahavatthu of Juvenile and Family Court, Nakhonsawan Province were that the staffs should update the information about the lawsuit to check the information by the people, reduce the procedures in the working to work rapidly, provide the staff to serve rapidly, add the ways for the service, and improve the sign for the direction to be clear and sufficient. Moreover, Juvenile and Family Court should train the staffs in the standard law and the regulations of the Juvenile and Family Court, Nakhonsawan Province.
