ABSTRACT

The objectives of this research were : (1) to study Administration of Bang khae District office Bangkok according to Sappurisa-Dhamma, (2) To compare Administration of Bang khae District office Bangkok according to Sappurisa-Dhamma classified by personal factors, and (3) To study the problems, obstacles and suggestions Administration of Bang khae District office Bangkok according to Sappurisa-Dhamma The research methodology was the mixed Method research between the quantitative and qualitative methods. For the quantitative research, the data were collected by 251 questionaire both closed and opened end with the 251 from 678 persons who were staff in Bang khae District office Bangkok.The data were analyzed by Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation (S.D.), t-test, F-test and One-Way Analysis of Variance and Least Significant Difference : LSD, while the qualitative research collected data by in-depth interview from 7 Key Informants

The research findings were as follows :

1 Administration of Bang khae District office Bangkok according to Sappurisa-Dhamma, when considered by each aspect were at high level that all sort of descending were be 1) the planning and the controlling (  = 4.14) 2) the commanding and the coordinating (  = 4.13) and 3) the organizing (  = 4.12).

2 The comparison of the Administration of Bangkhae District office Bangkok according to Sappurisa-Dhamma by classified the Personal factors found that the Different as sexes, ages, Education level, and monthly income were different opinions.

3 The problems, obstacles and suggestions for the Administration of Bang khae District office Bangkok according to Sappurisa-Dhamma found that this office   lacked of budget and staffs when compared with the trend of people growth then the budget were not enough for performance. Then this district should be separate to 2 areas for support the number of 200,000 persons in this area.
