Abstract
The objectives of this research were : 1) to study the work practice level based on sangahavatthu Dharma of Supportive Staff, demonstration school of khon kaen university 2) to study the human relationship skill of Supportive Staff, demonstration school of khon kaen university and 3) to study the relationship between the work practice level based on sangahavatthu Dharma of Supportive Staff, demonstration school of khon kaen university. The population using in this study were 102 Supportive Staff, demonstration school of khon kaen university. The research instrument was the Questionnaire. The statistic consisted of Descriptive Statistic including the Frequency and Percentage. Using the Parameter to find the Mean (µ), Standard Deviation (σ ), and Inferential Statistic including the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The research findings found that:
1) The Work Practice Levels of Supportive Staff, demonstration school of khon kaen university based on sangahavatthu Dharma, in overall and each aspect, were in “the Highest” level.
2) The Human Relationship Skills of Supportive Staff demonstration school of khon kaen university, in overall and each aspect, were in “the Highest” level
3) The Relationship between Work Practice Levels based on sangahavatthu Dharma, and Human Relationship Skills of Supportive Staff, demonstration school of khon kaen university, shown as follows:
3.1 There was positive relationship between Work Practice Levels based on sangahavatthu Dharma, and Human Relationship Skills of Supportive Staff, demonstration school of khon kaen university at .05 significant level which was supported the hypothesis. The relationship was in “High” level.
3.2 There was positive relationship between Work Practice Levels based on sangahavatthu Dharma (in the Alms Giving, Pleasing Word, Supporting, and Appropriate Conduct ), and the Relationship Skills of Supportive Staff, demonstration school of khon kaen university at .05 significant level which was supported the hypothesis. The relationship was in “The Highest” level.
