ABSTRACT
This objectives of this research were 1) to study Human Resource Development of Administrator Monks Bangkok, 2) to compare Human Resource Development of Administrator Monks Bangkok classified by personnel data, and 3) to study the problem , obstacles and suggestions of Human Resource Development of Administrator Monks in Bangplad, Talingchan, Bangkoknoi district, Bangkok. This research was mixed method research both quantitative research and qualitative research. The tools for quantitative research was questionnaire with 128 samplings from all of them 188 sangha administrators by Taro Yamane formula and the data were analysed by the frequency, percentage (%), mean , standard deviation (S.D.), the hypothesis test by testing the value t-test, F-test, one way analysis of variance and least significant difference (LSD), and qualitative research and analysis by documents and in-depth interviews 7 Key Informants.
The findings of this research were as follows:
1. The Human Resource Development of Administrator Monks Bangkok found that all were at medium level ( = 3.40) when considered by each aspected found that seminar was at high level ( = 3.52) and development was at high level ( = 3.88) and the others were at medium level.
2. The comparison for the Human Resource Development of Administrator Monks Bangkok classified by personal data found that age , Pali graduate, general graduate were different at 0.05., the hypothesis were accepted. For another personal data were indifferent , the hypothesis were rejected.
3. The problems , obstacles for Human Resource Development of Administrator Monks 1) That budget was not enough for place ,food ,seminar, budget 2) The budget were not enough for education both Thailand and aboard that should be evaluated by the effective objective 3) To promote human resource development for social and nation development , if not It will be destroyed social , economy and security of nation. For suggestion the human resource development for Administrator Monks in Bangkok found that 1) the trainer should be skilled and had experience for each issue and should be evaluated after seminar for the needs of trainees 2) the authority should be support for education by government budget or donation for find the new knowledge that up to date. 3) the authority should be had vision for the major by change and develop organization in whole for moving forward in social and nation.
