Abstract

ABSTRACT

    The objectives of this research were 1) to examine the leadership concept of the Buddhist administration in Sangha Affairs. 2) to explore the integration of the Buddhist leadership in Sangha Affairs of Phrarajapanyamoli (Jamrat Dattasiri). 3) to study the role of Sangha administration development of Phrarajapanyamoli (Jamrat Dattasiri). This study was qualitative research by using documentary research and in-depth interview. The subjects were 15 Buddhist monks who give the information .The research instrument was the structure interview, the data analysis was content analysis and then presenting in the description form.

    1. The findings indicated that the Buddhist Leadership of the Sangha administration that is proper to right globalization era namely; The Buddhist leadership in Buddhism has focused on the importance of the individual. To enable the observation, training and self-improvement for responsibility, confidence and sufficiency.  The leadership is the art and methods that peruse to perform of subordinate by obey, confidence, regards and cooperating. The various principles of Buddhism that is in Pititaka, the leadership can be applied it properly. For accomplishing and efficiency administration by relying on the Dhamma principle in Buddhism such as the three sovereignty, the four Sangahavatthu –s, the five Bala and the four Brahmavihara ect.

 

    2. The integrating of the Buddhist leadership for Sangha administration of Phrarajapanyamoli (Jamrat  Dattasiri) have outstanding of 6 that conform to Buddhism namely; the characteristic of Dhammaraja and Devaraja. Moreover, he still applies the three sovereignty, the four Sangahavatthu –s, the five Bala and the four Prahmavihara  for Sangha administration. That is to say; the three sovereignty are the govern, the four Brahmavihara are the govern, the four Sangahavatthu –s are the the educational welfare, the public welfare and the public assistance,  the five Bala are the education and propagation

          3. The leadership development model of Sangha administration of Phrarajapanyamoli (Jamrat Dattasiri) namely; who have a wisdom, vision, how to make benefit and to making inspiration to the participants by systematic administration development in the Organization is learning recourse and there are the personnel development of learning, the competency of work, systematic thinking, team work and there is fairly solution including  the creation of a vision to the Order for work together of Thai Sangha administration. That is the leadership according to Buddhism namely; the three sovereignty, the four Sangahavatthu –s, the five Bala and the four Brahmavihara ect.
